| We at Key are trying something new this year.
As you know from previous years you have been asked to fill out
different forms. Some years these forms have been sent to you or
you had to fill them out when you came in. This year you will be able to fill in registration forms on the web, print them
out and then bring them in on August 2nd, 2005. You may save the
MS Word forms on your computer before printing them. That way if
their is a mistake you just have to change the information that is
incorrect instead of typing in all the information again. |
| The following forms are available for you to fill out, print and
bring in. At this time the forms are only available in Microsoft Word
format. Later this summer they should be available in a PDF format. |
